The workers showed up on time and were very professional and clean. They were polite and friendly.

Electrical company changed outlet(s) without properly wiring it for 'ground.' I called them to request to change outlet in my 2nd floor with ground on 9/22/15. They came 9/23/15 and technician deceptively change outlet without properly grounding it and lied to me stating that it was grounded. I later checked outlets with tester and it indicated "open ground" wiring. Outlets were not grounded at all. Technicians lied stating that it was grounded. Technician then put in unsigned receipt "replaced the 2nd floor receptacle with a new grounded 3 prong type." This is a lie as my REQUIRED order was to change the receptacle with GROUND and they were not. This is a serious violation. They knew that outlets were not grounded and anyway proceeded to changed it from a 2 prong to 3 prong outlet without grounding it or appropriate telling me that it needed ground. They deceptively stated that it was grounded.  Also, they charged $170.00 to change outlets in 8 minutes each and charge excessively $12.00 for originally one receptacle. One 3-prong receptacle cost between 89 cents to $1.69 dollars, no more than that.

This violation could easily result in serious damage to connected appliances and injury to any person, me or my family or even death to any of my family members if anything goes wrong with improperly wired and appliances connected to it. SERIOUS VIOLATION.

The job was a small job replacing an outlet and the price was high.
