The job was a request for gutter guard installation, not a big deal and I could wait. Somebody named Chris communicated on Angie's mail on Sat 7/26 that he could come by Monday. I responded when I would be home. Asked when I could expect him just to get an idea. NEVER messaged back or answered my request to see if he even got the message. All it would have taken was a message that he couldn't do the job. This 'not answering customers' is rude and un-professional. In one whole week he couldn't respond even with a negative reply? I would have understood. Hope Angie's list takes note and finds out what this guy is doing. Did he go out of business but forgot to tell anyone?

Terrible! They do not stand behind their promises- and the work was not performed correctly. The flashing on the roof has fallen off and we just discovered a hidden leak and traced it to the fact the wall AC was installed tilting toward the house. There was substantial damage- but all I wanted was for someone to reinstall the AC the proper way, and repair the flashing to prevent damage from that. I have my contracts and warranties. Over the course on five months I left over 20 messages, spoke with them at least 4 times and was assured someone would come over- no one ever did. I waited at home each time- and each time- I was left a fool. My last message pleaded with them to please not leave me ignored- and yet- two weeks later with no response- that’s exactly what happened. I am writing this review so no one else spends their hard earned money on a business that does poor work- and does not honor their word.
