There were a number of problems with ordering and measurements. This created a lot of hold ups on the job. First deposit was in Feb. 2017. Then there was difficulty with the boss on additional deposit that were not due according to the contract. At this point the boss was refusing to order the rest of my product. When several threats were issued, everything was finally ordered and installed. The job was sort of finished in July, even though it was promised to be completed in 3 weeks. Mostly the work and product is beautiful and we are pleased with the outcome. However, on installation of the screen door a piece was damaged. Took weeks and weeks to get the new part. The part has to be professionally installed. It is August 30 and I am still waiting. When John sold us the job, he was wonderful. Acted like a member of the family. Sorry to say, things did not go as smoothly as we had hoped. If I can get the final part installed I will say that I am overall happy with this job. The quality and workmanship was great. Timeframe terrible. As I said final part (even though it is here) is still not installed.

I won a judgement from small claims court against PARCO two years ago in 2010. And by the way, Parisi likes to save lots of money by hiring unskilled day laborers. That's more money in his pocket.

Five years later their siding is coming off the side of my house. I contacted the President, John Parisi last week and it took them two days to come out and take a look. He told me he would have workers come by and take a look, but couldn’t give me a time. I am still waiting. The siding is still detached from my house. Buyer beware!
