10-30-20: In our opinion, the true long term value of using a so called $$ high-end $$ general contractor, is how he treats you AFTER the job is complete. The customer service his organization/company provides to you - 'post sale', and in the years to come. With THAT in mind, we give MARCOS KITCHEN & BATH, an "F" grading. . . as is FAIL! We spent OVER $150K with this company, and . . . when we needed help with a {tile} repair issue - they THREW US UNDER THE BUS! Did NOT return phone calls, and pulled all the usual contractor {blow you off, "he's not available" & "he'll call ya back"} tactics, to avoid helping us! So - in all good conscience Angie's-List-Home-Owner , we can NOT recommend Marcos Kitchen and bath to YOU to do {YOUR} renovation project(s) !

An absolute please to deal with and they did a fantastic job. They are a family business and their workers who are not related are superb. We now have a stunning kitchen and new bathroom. Will absolutely use them again. They take pride in their work and stand behind what they do. Also used them for my moms kitchen and bathroom in North Shore Towers and she was equally as happy with their work.

The bathroom looks very nice. One of the workers was a bit difficult to work with. They did put my fixture in in the wrong place, part of this was my fault. I asked them to please fix this and they said they would and I have not heard from them yet. If they fix my problem, I would use them again.

Designer was great and tried to steer me within budget. Being able to get all products in one place was a relief for me. There were primarily two workers and a separate electrician. A project manager oversaw the workers and was there part of every day. The two workers were fabulous, the project manager not quite as organized as I would have liked, but responsive to my needs. It was finished within the one week time frame, and a year later I am still very happy with the finished product. There was damage to a tile in the hall while removing the bathtub and this was eventually fixed. The powder room toilet which had been replaced with the toilet from the renovated bathroom leaked after about 3 months. I did not realized that this was the source of the leak (leaked into basement) and called an outside plumber, but believe they would have fixed it if they knew what had happened. Overall a very good experience, and I will use them to redo the kitchen when I am ready.

I met with them about a month in advance to discuss what I wanted them to do. They were very efficient and they even gave me a check sheet to use when picking out the materials that I wanted. They made the entire process very easy for me. They were a little higher than some of the other companies, but they were definitely worth it. I think you can use them without fear because they are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them.

The workers from this company became like family to us. They use skilled masters to do the work too. They are punctual to the minute actually. They worked for us for five weeks and only missed two days. If that is not good, I do not know what is. They are just phenomenal and they use guys that have old world craftsmanship. I liked that a lot. They were wonderful and they literally dumbfounded us with their fantastic workmanship, good ethics, and great business skills. We went with top of the line appliances that I am including in the estimate for the work they did.

THE COMPANY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. MY BATHROOM LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. THEY DID EVERYTHING JUST THE WAY I WANTED. THEY WERE ON TIME EVERY DAY AND THEY FINISHED THE WORK IN NO TIME.
