John is an absolute professional and veteran in this industry. This has the best experience I've ever had with a realtor (note: This is my third home in the past 15 years). At no time did I feel "pressured" --- he really has the best interest of my family and I in mind. It's more than just a sale to him --- it's really ensuring that we make the RIGHT decision. He'll explains every caveat, good and bad as we sell our house and purchase our new one. He always provides sound advice that allows us to make educated decisions throughout this process. Obviously anyone that has gone through selling a home and purchasing one, as we have, as gone through what my wife refers to as the 'jitters' --- but we've really felt as comfortable as we can be throughout this.
