GRAHAM NURSERY

I was generally happy when I signed up for Graham's lawn care in the fall as a new resident to the area. They were responsive as a new customer and my lawn was taken care of. Fall clean up was good, too. When spring came, my lawn was the last one in the neighborhood to have any spring prep done. I called to ask when they would be out, and was told they would be at my house by the end of the week or early in the next week. After 2 weeks passed and nobody showed or called, I called them again. The individual I spoke to expressed surprise and disappointment that nobody had been to my house yet for spring prep and clean up, and said that he would have them get to my house that day, or would otherwise call me back. I never heard from him and when I got home that night, no work was done. Totally disappointed. Total lack of professionalism. Would not recommend them to anybody when so many other landscapers are in the area.
