Skip was prompt at everything he did, from returning calls to showing up to do the job. The quality and volume of work was above and beyond my expectations. The crew was in and out sooner than expected. Great clean up during and after the job. Me being a retired Contractor myself, I was probably more demanding than your average homeowner. That didn't intimidate Skip. He is confident in his work, as he should be. I plan to use them for many more projects. Totally pleased.

Skip and his crew were efficient and neat, did all the work and more
than met our expectations. The new deck completely matches the older
deck and once we do the painting, will look like they were built
together. He used pressure treated lumber which we requested and actually showed up to start the work a day earlier than expected!! We will be using them again in the future!!

I chose him because he was the cheapest estimate I got out of 3 contractors. He brought his crew of 3 young guys. Once he got them started on the job, he left his crew to finish. He came back at the end of the day to pick up a check. The finished work was "shotty". I was not impressed with the carpentry work. I guess I got what I paid for. I will NEVER hire him again!

Small bathroom so there was some struggles but got done OK. All looks good.

Skip Zegarelli and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. I received a clear written estimate of the work to be performed. Skip did not ask for any money down. The crew arrived early each day and worked conscientiously. They cleaned up the area each day. The porch repair involved removing the shoddy support beams left behind from the previous contractor and replacing them with new sturdy beams. The installed a soffit and new flashing and painted the floor. They put a overhang to allow water to run off as well. In addition, they did masonry work on the foundation of the house in the front as well. The work was outstanding and looks fantastic. After my horrific experience with another contractor, Skip Zegarelli and his crew were wonderful to deal with. Moreover, Skip is a guy that will guarantee his work. I highly recommend them. There are a lot of bad contractors out there and I have dealt with a few, but Zegarelli Contracting is top-notch. They will be doing my garage roof very soon as well.

Taking out the old was vearly easy. Getting the new 3 piece unit into our small bathroom was hard but they accomplished it. The new unit is all hookede up and works good. They also repainted the bathroom.

It went better than I had hoped . He brought in his team and it was compltede in a little more than a day. they cleaned up after themselves and were true professinonals. Skip discussed what he was going to build so there were no surprizes.
