Excellent! Dwayne was straightforward, honest and responsive throughout our business. He kept me informed about the steps in the process, gave me an accurate written estimate, returned when he said he would, did the job quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after the work and did a great job!

They were one of the few companies that would actually do the work. We had a few companies that refused the job, because they weren't going to do the custom fencing. They also finished off our end very nicely where it met a lighted column. Where everybody else would mess up the job, they made a custom fence end. They definitely went above and beyond making it nice for us. They did have a little mistake based on a communication mistake, and we did have to take responsibility. We wanted a brown finish, not a black finish. When they sent the contract, it said black, but we signed it without reading that portion. We got black inside of brown, but it was fine. They were willing to work with us to correct the problem, but we were going to have to pay extra. It was our error, so we didn't want to pay more. It looks fine, anyway. They were very personable and down to earth. They were also very meticulous; they really wanted to make sure everything was right. They were very genuine, honest individuals. I think they were Mennonites. His father owns a company that does sheds, and we bought two sheds from his father. When we saw that the son was doing the fencing, it was a no-brainer. Even though we paid more than we would have with another company, we knew their character. They were more local, too. They were definitely one of the lower quotes we got.
