Great job! Joe returned my call promptly to provide an estimate and I had it in a few days. Very professional and personable. Other contractors never called back or never provided an estimate. The job was actually started earlier than expected which was wonderful. Patio was in in 2 days - unbelievable and we couldn't be happier. They returned to seed the grass where the machinery had been soon after and all in all exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them highly.

They did fantastic work despite the rain, and all in a timely manner. Very knowledgable, replaced a broken drainage pipe we were unaware of and kept us informed on the project. Quality materials and work. They cleaned everything up as well.. We highly recommend this company.

he was amazing in every way.
His co laboring with his partner was a hand and glove experience, each appreciating the talent of the other.
He was dependable to his word to be present on the job working a full day with only the exception of a lunch break.
He had to blend pavers from a project that was done years earlier and did a precise and perfect job.
His attention to detail was creative.
Due to weather he will finish the seed for grass next spring and i am confident he will be here.
It was a pleasant experience and to watch it come together was a joy.
It took approximately a month's time.

Wonderful contractor. Punctual and professional.
Response from Imagastone Land Design
"One of the major selling points of concrete pavers is their ability to hold up well over the years when installed correctly. Especially with our harsh New York winters. This is one of many jobs we have done that gives the client peace of mind. Thanks Todd...Enjoy!"

Having purchased a 1950 ranch home that had not been occupied for 10 years, my wife and I have been methodically upgrading the house for the past year. After completing a few of the more pressing interior renovations and repairs, we decided to turn our attention to the exterior of the home. The entryway to the house was a monotonous concrete sidewalk and a typical 1950's style precast concrete stoop, surrounded by overgrown shrubbery. Hoping to jazz up its curb appeal, we contacted a few area landscaping companies for ideas, none of which appealed to us. We came across Imagastone's website after a google search, and sent him a request for quote on a Saturday morning. Within two hours, the owner (Joe Mazza) returned our call, and arranged to make a visit to our home the same afternoon. After taking several photo's and measurements, we discussed a few different options, and three days later Joe returned with phenomenal 3D renderings of various alternatives. In the interim, my wife had a clearer vision of what she was looking for, and Joe graciously went back to the drawing board and returned with a perfect design for our home. We can't say enough about the impressive quality of Joe's design work. I'm not sure what software he uses, but it made the other designer's efforts appear cartoonishly feeble in comparison. After removing the existing shrubbery and concrete, Joe took great pain to make sure that the subgrade was installed and compacted to an elevation that allowed for the proper height and grade of his finished work. This project included a curving walk with a beautiful custom "compass rose" inlay, a curved 4 step staircase with bullnosed treads, and a corner landing, all constructed with pavers and retaining wall block. Working around the characteristically unsettled weather of late October was a challenge, but Joe managed to finish the job on schedule. While his quote was not the least expensive, we have lived first hand the old adage that you get what you pay for. In this case, it was worth every penny.
