When we moved into our house, they were very prompt and courteous about setting up our propane heater.  They come and check our propane tank (we don't have to do it) and fill when necessary!  It is very convenient and we don't have to worry about running out of fuel for our hot water heater (unlike for our fuel oil for heating our house).
