THEY CAME RIGHT OUT EVEN THOUGH IT WAS LATE IN THE EVENING. THEY FIXED THE BACK-UP WITH IN HOURS. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND WENT STRAIGHT TO THERE WORK. THEY ONLY CHARGED US AT A REGULAR RATE NOT AT A NIGHTLY RATE.

THEY DIDN'T CALL TO LET US KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO BE LATE. THEY CHARGED US MORE THEN THEY HAD WRITTEN THE ESTIMATE FOR, THEN GOT RUDE WHEN WE ASKED ABOUT THE PRICE.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEW YORK CITY MASTER PLUMBERS, BECAUSE THEY ARE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I FELT THAT THEY DID A VERY EXCELLENT JOB.
