We hired several caregivers from HKM over the past few years and she sent us quality people with good skills who we could trust. My father had the best care until the end of his life. Thank you Ilana for always responding to our need and for understanding how difficult taking care of our father with his 24/7 needs was. You usually sent us people who were ready and willing to work and had the appropriate attitude, skills, and work ethic to care for our beloved father. Now, we have our mother to care for and you are our #1 resource for eldercare professionals.

I have used HKM Services/Ilana's Agency for many years now. Ilana herself helped me tremendously when I was looking for an aid for my mom who had alzheimer's and worked with me for over 10 years. I had some amazing women work with my mom. Now she is helping me again but with a companion for my father who is thank God 95 years young. I didn't hesitate for a second in contacting Ilana with regards to my fathers care, she was the first call I made with regards to caring for my father and she is the last call. New aid came today. Very happy.
