After the expertly done repair was completed, the sofa cushions were repositioned so that the repairs were no longer even visible, and the sofa appears to be almost brand new.   Quite a remarkable result for a 25 year old sofa, and a great save for a sofa of such beautiful leather.   The result greatly exceeded my expectations of what could be accomplished on an old, but much valued, leather sofa.
I was equally impressed by the modest price for this work, since I had inquired of several other businesses on Angie?s list for this work and was quoted some very high prices. 
I was impressed by the honesty and professionalism of Mr. Poziloff and his staff.  It was my sincere pleasure to work with them.

Mr. Poziloff arrived a day after I contacted him for an estimate; he spent several hours in my apartment measuring furniture and creating a template for the custom cushion.  He provided fabric that matched not only my tastes, but also my financial expectations for value; when it came time to review the quote, Eitan provided several alternatives for fabric selection that I could select for controlling cost; in one particularly noteworthy instance, he offered high-quality remnants for the love seat which were elegant.  The details of the actual work are meticulous; every corner is tight and smooth; seats are firm and repadded.  The price for the entire job was very reasonable in consideration of all the work Eitan performed.  Eitan is responsive and quick to answer texts and e-mails; he is courteous and charming; and above all, he has superb taste - he guided me as would a skilled artist. I recommend Geneva Decorators, LLC for anyone who seeks high quality upholstery and design services at a reasonable cost; I will continue to use Geneva Decorators and plan to recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
