After assuring me his rewebbing work on my sofa would last 20 years, it FAILED after only 4 years. Eitan Poziloff refused to even come at look at the sagging problem after I re-contacted him claiming the **frame was bad**. The frame was NOT bad 4 years ago when he first did it and took my money. And the couch isnt that old. He refused to look at it so hes just speculating and refusing to stand by his work. Very unhappy!

Etian returned my HomeAdvisor inquiry in a few seconds. In our phone conversation he understood my need to recover three sofa seat cushions, and determined fabric color and texture. He then arrived at my apartment in three hours and presented excellent fabric choices, measured and priced the job, arranged for pickup and kept me informed of progress and date of delivery. Excellent craftsmanship on cushions and also rocking chair seat recovering. He never tried to "hard sell" me on any additional coverings.

We are very pleased with the results but even more importantly with the process. Eithan provided extremely professional service and the workmanship, and attention to detail was excellent. Eithan was patient, helpful and understanding. He clearly listened and provided samples that were perfect but when the manufacture was unable to supply enough of the fabric chosen he escorted us to the design showroom to continue the search. This could have been an overwhelming process but he patiently walked us through a wide range of fabrics at various price points, kept us on track and we are very happy with the fabrics we chose with his help. From start to finish the process was seamless, professional and the craftsmanship top of the line. We definitely recommend Eithan and his professional team and look forward to one day working with them again. They went above and beyond - our sofa is 90" long and when we moved to our home 40 years ago it fit into the elevator but the building retro fitted the elevator and the sofa no longer fits so it needed to be carried up and down six flights of stairs carefully with no rumblings or complaints. Eitan was very helpful in showing us different fabric choices at three different showrooms, in one building in Manhattan, with a wide range of price points. He helped us focus on durability of our fabric choices and the various options we had. He recovered two dining room chairs and our living room sofa. Not only was the workmanship top notch, it was completed in six days! He also helped us select solar shades for our two living room windows his installer did a very nice job of installing them and even straightened and tightened a long curtain rod we had previously hung over the windows. Highly recommend him.

The process was seamless. I wanted to have two pieces reupholstered. I was in the process of renovating a new apartment. I want the pieces picked up at my rental and delivered to my new apartment. This was done without a headache. Also the help with selecting fabric was wonderful.

Completely reupholstered sofa cushions and pillows, and replaced the back due to heat damage. The finished product is beautiful! Great work, Eitan and team!

Amazingly complex fabric with writing and graphic design to reupholster 2 large ottomans to match new chairs....every single seam was perfectly matched along top to tailored skirt to the floor. Finished in timely way by a superb professional. Better than 5 stars.

Eitan is a true craftsman, in the true european style, and a n absolute gentleman. It was a pleasure to work with him and a year after the re-upolstery job on our lobby couch, it still looks brand new ! I have used him twice now and his rate is very reasonable and the caliber of work is terrific.
