Started off well but over 2 short seasons the mortar did not hold up on the new brick patio. The mortar began falling off in chunks. The mason was not responsive. Seemed to not care or be bothered with repairing it, unless he was showing a new client his work. Whenever, I approached him, he turned his back in avoidance. He did not handle the follow-up responsibly or with professionalisms. His repairs did not hold up either.

The joints started falling out after the winter, and chunks of mortar have been falling out. They came out to try and repair it, but they haven't been able to fix it. He's finally gotten to the point where he said he won't work on it anymore and we can just sue him.
