This company formerly did business as Bullfrog Builders. The owners, Dino Andreakos and Scott Colon are dishonest, unprofessional and completely unreliable. They stated that they would only use in house tradesmen and supervisors and violated our contract by using unskilled and unlicensed subcontractors for virtually the entire job. Most of the job had to be redone and the amount of wasted material was astounding. When they apparently realized that the amount of waste that they had created due to their own incompetence was eating away at their profit they promptly walked off the job leaving no heat, drafty uncapped windows, exposed electrical wiring, leaking plumbing, doors to be hung and a mess to be corrected. I also learned that a mechanics lien was placed on my home by an unlicensed contractor apparently hired by bullfrog. This company is located in Bayside, Queens but licensed in Suffolk County not NYC.
In an apparent attempt to avoid unhappy customers they moved their company and changed their name to bullfrog remodeling.
