They went above and beyond for me. They re did two staircases they cleaned out a sub basement and backyard. They hauled away junk, tires an old bathtub and pipes.

Once Marcello got my deposit, things started spiraling downward. He scheduled a date and did not show up. I had to text him to find out what was the status. Rescheduled, arrived late and did not finish. Sent me pics of parts of fence that was completed. Neglected to send pics of parts not done. Once again he scheduled a date to finish; did not happen. Was told, **oh you live so far**. After being paid, he takes his time to come back to repair improperly installed fencing. No way, would I recommend - - not even to someone I dislike. Horrible customer service. Communication was nearly null once paid in full. Emily in Far Rockaway.

If you can, ask for Marcello Pagway. Always pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating to making adjustments. Wonderful to work with. My parent's yards hadn't been maintained for many, many years. I wish I could show you photos here. Weeds had taken over the beds and killed the lawns. We started with waist high weeds almost everywhere (the lawn weeds were only calf high). Alvamar removed all the weeds, and dug out the lawn areas. They moved plants and flowers around, cleaned and pruned existing bushes, and installed some nice sod. They even setup my sprinklers and timers for me. They worked efficiently and professionally. They were exceptional and accommodating to my elder Mother's requests to 'save this, move that, don't hurt that'. For the kindness the showed her, I am particularly grateful. My budget was small, but they managed to make my parents yards look just as they did when I was small. Better, nicer and neater, actually. I am overwhelmed (so is my Mom).

He was very quick to call, came in a day and completed reinstalling a post ( into a hole he dug, filled with cement and attached a mailbox) rapidly and was very professional in attitude and action. We were very pleased and would use him again.

The work/service is very professional and good quality.

I called to have my sprinkler system winterized the day before the first freeze. He fit me into the scheduled and did the jobs quickly. He also looked at an old pear tree and did something to try to keep it alive.
