Smooth, clean, efficient, without a problem. John and his men were professional, hard-working, honest, meticulous, and always personable. Honestly, they were pleasant to have around. If there was any rotted or damaged wood, John immediately brought me photos and we discussed the options. So there were never any surprises. The quality and function are excellent, and the look is beautiful. For roofing, I recommend KC Contracting hands down.

The work done was very nice. We are pleased with the work that was finished. What the contractor didn't do himself, he was there to supervise. Any questions, he always double checked with what we wanted. He picked up all the supplies, was punctual and even worked weekends to try to be done on time. He cleaned up after his shift every day. We have a small child at home and I never heard vulgar language or inappropriate music. He almost made deadline. My only complaint with this contractor was he didn't finish the heating system. We had company coming to stay and he had to leave for a few months. He promised to return when we called to finish the radiator installation. We have called more than 12 times, left a message at his home and even ran into him in the community. He doesn't want to finish. We now have to find someone else and no one wants to finish someone else's work. There is 1-2 days work to wrap it all up. The project took greater than 2 months. Contractor came in close to estimate. We did have to pay a bit extra for the brand supplies we chose and some things were a touch more, so we didn't mind the extra. The work was good. Winter is coming tho and the upstairs doesn't have heat!
