They were very prompt. It was $100 for them to come to the house and it was not taken off the repair bill. It was another $120-$150 an hour to come back with the parts. They do not take credit cards or checks, only cash and they do not give receipts. The board was refurbished because there was no availability on the Panasonic part, which I didn't quite understand. He had to come back with another board and it didn't work. He was looking for other boards. Both boards did not work and I told him that I already paid him and he should have tested the boards before he came out. I was only going to put $400 in the television and I was already at that cap. I ended up replacing the television. They did hit traffic. There were two guys in an unmarked jeep. Their business card was a rubber stamp. They didn't come off as professional. I don't think he is an authorized servicer for any manufacturer.

I picked VCR TV Repair based on other customer's feedback and location.
Peter, owner of the company, picked up the phone himself, understood the
nature of my issue (I was able to diagnose it via Google prior to
calling) and scheduled a visit for next day. He rang our door exactly on
time. In less than an hour, our TV was back on it's feet. Peter even
re-soldered other contacts to make sure they won't fail in the future.
Then he reconnected TV and other devices, tested everything and made
certain adjustments. Very happy with the service!

Peter was great. He came the same day, diagnosed the problem with the TV, gave me an estimate and took the unit to his shop. He brought it back two days later after fixing yet another problem he discovered (didn't charge extra for it). It began acting up again that night, so he picked it up the next day and brought it back again two days later (again no extra charge). The TV works great and it saved me big bucks that I would have had to spend on a new TV. Peter gives great service, something that is difficult to come by today.T

Peter answered the phone when I called and was able to come over that very day. He was able to fix my TV in about half an hour. Only accepts cash payment. Professional, would use again.

Great experience. TV picture wouldnt come on, only sound, checked list and found this great little shop. Peter came to home explained procedure and what was needed. He took TV to his shop for repair. In two days, right on time too, my TV was back home, working beautifully and I even got a tutorial on TV and DVD. I Called him two days later and asked a few questions and he took time to answer.
