Went well- units work well and they followed up to make sure everything was good a few weeks later.

Was told he'll be there in 30 mins but showed up 2 hours later. I had
low heat for my house and needed someone to come right away. He and his
son drained about 2 buckets of water and played around my boiler. They
told me I needed a new pump and they left with no heat at all after they
performed the water drain. I had low heat before. Then they kept
calling me several times next 3-4 days asking to get paid for their
"work". I told him they made things worse. They claimed they didn't do
anything to the boiler. So how come I have to PAY you for not doing
anything and I ended up with no heat at all for several days
thereafter?
