 + -1 moreInitial job needed to be redone--area done underneath the steps leached out materials which stained the exterior. Steps not repaired as instructed--needed to redo repairs and completely repaint because of inadequate paint job. Was responsive to request to redo the work.
Description of Work: Repaired leaking area underneath steps; repainted part of exterior; repaired front steps and repainted them.
