RLS FLOORING

If you meet Ray Sutton, you need to run. He will take your money and run. That's what happened to me. He took my $1000 deposit and never showed to do the work. Google his name and apparently, he does this with a lot of people. It's his scam. But, what makes me compelled to write this review is because he didn't simply take my money but hurt me as well. This is what happened. He agreed to give the money back. After literally 30+ phone calls, he agreed to meet me in a very far away public place. It took me more than an hour to get there. Waited 15 minutes. Called him and he said he would be right there. After an hour of waiting, he turned off his phone. Calling a him few days later, he would say that he was caught up on another job. We set up another time. Same thing happens again. Unfortunately, I had to sue him and now have a court judgment against him. Stealing my money is one thing. I'm ok with the fact that you're poor and you need the money to eat. But, you steal and then hurt your victims. You take their money and then have them drive hours away and spend countless hours, waiting for you in the cold. But, I'm not writing this out of vindictiveness. I simply want to save other people from falling for his scam. By the way, he keeps changing his business name in order to perpetuate his scam. The business names that he uses are Ace Flooring, A&A Flooring, A&B Flooring, RLS Flooring, RLS Maintenance, RLS Movers, etc.
