 + 14 moreThe workers arrived on time each day about 9:00 AM and worked until 5:00 PM. They worked quickly and neatly. When one area had to dry, they would start another job. The progress was orderly and did not disrupt the family. They kept materials in order, covered floors, and cleaned debris each day.
Description of Work: The work was done in a one family home. Inside work, bathroom gutted and remodeled; another room needed a water damaged ceiling replaced, walls painted and new carpeting installed; about 20 brittle outlets were rewired; a new steel kitchen sink and new faucet were installed; a second bathroom needed one wall of tiles replaced and a new vanity and sink installed. Outside work, removed old shingles and waterlogged plywood; replaced damaged plywood; covered 2-story house with new vinyl siding; capped wood around all 14 windows; installed new leaders and gutters; painted trim; removed overgrown trees and bushes and reeds from property; repaired awning and railing on front stoop. Other minor details were addressed as needed.
