Joseph at Pramnos was definitely the correct the professional to hire. We had been having a problem with a leaky old stone foundation for the past 30 years that every other contractor wanted to do a "band-aid" fix on. Joseph went the extra step that no other contractor was willing to, and he found the actual cause of the problem we had been having. Joseph was very knowledgeable and professional, and I definitely see myself working with Pramnos again in the future.

Joseph was great. He was very clear, reliable, and meticulous. Our project was fairly complicated and important -- water was leaking inside our walls through a masonry balcony -- and Joseph definitely made sure the job was done right. I was very impressed with how he stood by his work and dealt with the various personalities involved on our end. Months after the job was done, my mother-in-law noticed a small issue, and Joseph came back and made sure she was happy. Not an easy task. I would absolutely recommend Pramnos LLC to anyone else in need of Brick and Masonry repair, and any other masonry work.

Pramnos is a well established company with a good reputation. They are proud of the results they achieve through hard work in each stage of the project. They were also able to match the brick to the original color and texture as required by the landmark commission in my historic area.

Joe ALWAYS answered the phone when I called with a smile in his voice. He found a solution to our limestone facade issue and was able to get it retrofitted and it looks great. Would definitely use his services again!
