MC CANN EXTERMINATING CO INC

Brian and Elmo came. Identified the nest in the inside eve of my house as a paper wasp nest. Brian went in, closed the door, and came out a few minutes later with the nest in a large plastic bag. He then did some caulking on the outside of the house. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

The technicians were punctual, friendly, and did a great job! They did some repairs inside the house (unrelated to pests) in addition to installing termite bait stations. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at the company: John (owner), Brian (technician), Colette (customer service), ... We switched from Terminix and are glad we did; McCann is so much better in every respect.

I needed to have a three family house exterminated because the tenants suddenly started seeing roaches! They were very nice and he was very patient about getting into the different tenants apartments to do the work and came back more than once to accomplish it

When a tenant sees two rats running up the bedroom wall at 3 am you call a guy like John McCann.  He analyzed the problem within 10 minutes.  We had an exposed sewer line because the clean out plug was left off by someone who cleared a blockage.  John confidently told us that was the reason we had rats in the building.  He set bait blocks in stations where the rats were seen or heard.  The problem was over within a week.  The price paid included one follow up visit.  Peace of mind followed.

Noticed a small wasp nest had formed in upper corner of livingnroom window overlooking a sloping driveway. This made the nest approximately 15 feet above the bottom of my driveway. I couldn't figure out the best or safest way to spray and remove the nest myself so I called McCann. Two guys, including the owner, arrived the next day and used a sliding pole contraption that held a spray can and pressed the spray from a lever attached to the pole. Finished the job in a few minutes. Gave me a three month warranty in case they return and set up a nest somewhere else. Nice guys, job well done. A bit pricey but it hurt a lot less than a wasp sting!

I had some fence put in at the back, and some hole developed through which the mice came into the garage. MC CANN EXTERMINATING came and looked at it, put in some bait and stuff took care of it. I never had a problem ever since. Their work was okay it did not really stand out. I don’t remember being overly happy about the price. I had to call them a few times. I would use them in the future.

Their response was quick and they had the squirrel in a trap on the first evening. They removed the babies and reunited them with the mother for release.

The exterminator was punctual, professional, skilled, and polite. He eliminated the wasps by freezing them in their nest, allaying any fears I had of poison in my house. And unlike Orkin, he agreed to remove the nest, and at less than half the price. I was very pleased.

THEY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY. THEY EXECUTED AGAINST IT. THEY DID THE RIGHT JOB. THEY DID THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF FOLLOW UP. HE WAS POLITE AND HE PUT BAITS AND TRAPS WHERE THE DOG COULDN'T GET THEM. HE SEEMED LIKE HE'S DONE IT BEFORE.

THEY DO A FINE JOB EVERY MONTH. I HAVE THEM SPRAY FOR BUGS AND CHECK FOR MICE WHEN THEY COME TO MY HOUSE. I NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WHICH IS WHAT I APPRECIATE ABOUT THE SERVICE.

I HATE RODENTS. THE ONLY PLACE THEY WERE LOCATED WAS IN THE BASEMENT. THIS COMPANY WAS A LIFE SAVER. THEY CAME TO MY HOME AND BLEW UP A BOMB IN THE BASEMENT AND IT CLEARED ALL THE RODENTS OUT.

I HAVE HAD NO FURTHER PROBLEM WITH ANTS OR WATER BUGS IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS. THE STAFF MEMBER MADE SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR PREVENTING THE BUGS AND PLACED SOME BAIT OUT KEEP THEM FROM RETURNING.

WHEN WE MOVED INTO OUR NEW HOME THERE WAS A LOT OF RODENTS THAT HAD MADE IT THERE HOME. WE HIRED THIS EXTERMINATOR AND THEY CLEARED ALL THE RODENTS OUT IN ONE DAY.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY SET ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. I WAS VERY HAPPY AND SURPRISED WITH THAT TYPE OF IMMEDIATE SERVICE.
