Carpet Installation
When I originally went to get an estimate and help at the rug location at Home Depot in Avery, Flushing, NY it took 30 minutes to get an associate and someone who knew to explain the large selection and choices Home Depot has. A gentlemen name Dade W. went out of his way to explain and give me details. I requested and paid for Measurecom to do the measurements for my rug estimate. I processed the order at the Home Depot at Archer, Jamaica, NY which waited 15 minutes for some one to process the order via computer. A lady named "Daphney" finally helped and processed the order. Then, received a call from American Carpet South for the installation. Don't paint or stain handrails before rug people come because they walk all over your walls and stairs in order to install the carpet.

We went to one of the local Home Depot stores and we waited FOREVER before someone came to help us. And then they were completely UNknowledgable and very rude. It felt like they thought we were wasting their time. Horrible service! Would not buy from them even if they had what we were looking for. I have not been back.
