My mom introduced me to the store after scouring PC Richards/Best Buy for appliances for my new kitchen. The prices here are unbelievable and Tim's help in choosing the right brands and appliances for the apartment were invaluable. One thing to note is that this isn't a showroom type place so you have to know what products you want and then have them quote you a price. However, that isn't to say that if you chat with the salesguy, he won't be able to offer you his opinion when you're thinking of one product over another as Tim, the salesguy I worked with, was very knowledgeable in that regards. The appliances were beautiful with no damages when delivered and immediately thereafter, they helped me with the warranty and rebate registration. I have no complaints and would definitely buy larger electronic/appliance items from the store in the future.
