Well, they have my lamp - they seem to have not repaired it yet nor returned it. And now they are ghosting me. So it was going well and now it is not going well. They still have my $600 lamp in their possession and have not fixed it nor retuned it. We agreed to fix it for $180 and they have been paid the initial agreed amount of $24 so far.
