Extremely unprofessional service. The plumber charged a total $489.37 for a 10 minute thermostat change. He explained that he charges through his "expertise" and left me with no choice but to pay a totally unreasonable price. When I first called, it was explained to me that the plumber charges an $85.00 service call, which is reasonable, that would be included in the final charge of his services. The remaining charge for the thermostat was overly-excessive. I have had service done before for a thermostat change and it was for a FRACTION of this cost. After his "services," I attempted several times to reach the plumber/his boss to follow-up, but no response. This plumber is out for one thing and one thing only: to take advantage and rip-off his customers.
