Everything was fantastic. They were great, very professional, they arrived on time and they answered all my questions during the visit and they were very polite.

The service went fine, they came early and they were out after an hour and a half, it was nice quick and fast, they cut the pipe out, and put in a new one, there was no leakage after that. I have referred to some of my friends.

For the fix, he cut a wire, bypassed the sensor and told me the system wasn't getting enough pressure and is on it's way out, quoted me a price for a full re-install and new unit because the existing one is on it's way out. Charged me $75 for the service call. I called another plumber out in Long Island, sent him some pictures. He immediately told me that I needed to open up a valve to fix the error code and that the sensor was working fine. I went down to the boiler, opened the value, sensor worked fine. I reconnected it and everything is back to normal. So he spliced a wire, bypassed a good sensor, told me the system was breaking down. When all I had to do was open a value to get it working properly. I also realized that bypassing the sensor and forcing the system to work when it shouldn't becuase there isn't enough pressure in the system was probably going to break the system even further. Here I am 1 year later and the boiler is working great and didn't need to be replaced. Total sham by Andre.
