Our bath tub drain was clogged. Frequently we would find debris backed up into the tub. The day after All-ways Sewer & Drain came, it happened again. They were extremely reponsive and came back on 3/26 and resnaked it. We appreciated their responsiveness.

I made the initial check out to this company, then the guy calls back and comes back to have me make the check payable to Drainbusters Inc, which I think is odd. He initially used an electric snake, but it wasn't working. He suggested using a pressurized water jet instead. If it didn't work, I wouldn't have to pay for it, but if it does then I would. I agreed. But now I am having to pay $841, for someone to shoot pressurized water into my drain?!? Way overpriced.

I needed someone immediately. I was searching from online and came here. Saw they had good reviews so I decided to call. These guys were amazing! It was fast! And very affordable! And my tub was very bad, with tons of buildup. I highly recommend them! Every experience is different but your chances of success will be better here. I think they have a pretty good idea what customer service really means.

The All-Ways Sewer and Drain Inc. were hired to clean my tub drain. During the phone cal setting up the appointment, I explained (in thorough detail), that the drain would require the power machine ("the jetter") as the drain had severely clogged and when it was previously cleaned, the prior plumber needed to utilize that machine. This was explained to both the plumber and the administrative assistant. I was then quoted a price of $125. However, today on the appointment date, the plumber showed up WITHOUT the machine and then said it would cost $750 to use the more powerful drain cleaner machine. This much higher price of $750 was NEVER QUOTED to me when I made the appointment. And, if all they do for $125 for a simple snake of the drain, there are many other less expensive plumbers in NYC. I would never use this company again as I feel like I was baited and switched. Needless to say, I refused service and hired another plumber.

Professional, personable plumber. Toilet was clogged with what turned out to be a plastic cup. It was an unexpected and difficult clog, and clearing it required persistence. We were really happy with the service.

Nice guys but extremely messy and left disgusting sewerage mess on my floor and the house trap area for me to clean up. I had to provide them with a plastic bag for them to reach dowm in to the house trap to see if there was a blockage there. They used video camera, extra charge of course, which was old and dirty; they could not determine real blockage cause. They should have guided me for them to use high pressure blast procedure and did not. They were not sure of what to do. They did not, in the end fix the problem and of course I had to pay them their full price for "services rendered"??: whole sewer and drain cleaning service appears to be a bait and switch racket like the chimney sweep and duct cleaning service providers. They feast on unassuming homeowners who are in emergency situations. You are then at their mercy and you pay and pay regardless of results.

You never know how a day is going to go. On Sunday 3-23 I flushed the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. What came back was a gurgling noise and some bubbles. After having issues in the past since buying our home two years ago, I suspected the worst. My wife tried to plunge the toilet with no luck. During the process we noticed water coming out from the bottom of the commode. , The seal was broken. My wife removed the toilet and we went out to Lowes to get a seal kit and ring. When we came back we noticed the water in the waist pipe was still high. Then we tried to snake the line to no avail. We decided service was needed. It was 6 pm on Sunday. Roto Rooter offered service the next day. We checked Angies List and found All-Ways Sewer and Drain. I spoke to Mike the owner right away and explained my issue. He stated that he would call me back in 5 minutes. When he called back he stated he would be at our home by 9pm. Mike was very prompt. Mike first tried to get the sewer cap off the line to no avail. So desperate measures were needed. Mike explained that he will have to get the sewer cap off by hitting it with a hammer. Water came spraying out of the sewer cap hitting the floor and we provided them with some garbage cans. After the water was out of the line Mike attempted to snake out the line with his equipment. After about an hour Mike advised us that it didnt look good but he would update us. Then he tried to open the line with high pressure water. That didn't work either. Mike then put a camera down the line. The sewer line was corroded to the point in which water was barely passing through. The lines would have to be replaced. Mike explained the price of the service and exactly what he would do. But it would have to be done in the morning. My wife and I went to a relative to sleep due to the smell of sewage in the home. Mike showed up on time the next day and did the whole job in about 5 hours. He even provided us with a new Slop Sink along with installing the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. The job was well done and his crew even helped with the clean up by shop vacing the basement. The fact that he showed up on a Sunday night and had everything fixed within 24 hours was priceless. Mike is highly recommended.

It was great. They were very prompt and did a wonderful job. I had them look at other work and they gave me an estimate and I will hire them for that job as well. i tried them out because they had a good rating from the list and the coupon was available. it was a very minor job they just did for me but it gave me a chance to use them and now i will use them again ... and again as needed.

My bathroom sick had been sluggish for months despite my home remedies and now was completely stopped up. I bought a deal from Angie’s List and spoke to the office at 9am and before 10am Louis arrived and snaked out the drain, cleaned up great and now I have a beautifully flowing drain.

I needed a sink open after a 10 years of non-use. I saw a special being offer through Angie's List and decided to give them a try. I accepted the offer through the web site and received a call back within 24 hours as specify. On the day of the appointment, a young man arrived and proceeded to check the sink. He "snaked" the sink and surrounding pipes without any luck. After a 1&1/2hours and a number of calls to his supervisor, he advised me that a another machine had to be use to open the pipe. He quoted a high price; and stated that he did not have the equipment in his truck and it would take a half hour to get it here. He saw that I was hesitant and after a few calls the supervisor lowered the price. I told him that I could not stay and told him that I would have to schedule another appointment. He assured me that he would return to finish the job. The next appointment was made for following Saturday. A different young man b y the name of Luis came. Since he did not know what task was performed by the other person, I told him what I thought was done. He proceeded to use a snake again; and then, he decided to use the special machine. After a half hour using a loud sounding machine, the drain was successfully open. He tested the sink and made sure it working properly and cleaned up. He explained the year warranty and wrote a detailed receipt. He was very professional. I would use this company again, but I would ask for Luis.

I called to inquire about clearing my kitchen sink which I had been working on for hours. Without even making a trip to my house or any attempts to sell me anything. Mike helped me clear the line with a few tips. His honesty and knowledge was impressive. I have written down his company info as one I will keep for all plumbing needs. I will use him in the future and would definitely recommend him.

Electrically snaked my bathroom drain. He was punctual but did not have the snake with him (hence the B for responsiveness) so he had to leave and come back. However, he was able to make it back quickly and finish within my time frame. He was very nice and gave me some useful tips. I was also given a 2 week guarantee of services and an Angie's list discount. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Overall it all went great. I have a Good new plumber and I am very happy.

Overall everything went well and the problem was solved. The only thing is I wished that they had cleaned up in the end, but with the amount of work that they put into fixing my main line....ill give them a pass! Overall if you're looking for knowledgeable and professional guys DEFINITELY go with this company.
