I filled out a problem report on a website on New Year's Day and in 5 minutes Leon called me. He told me he would call back the next morning with a appointment for a service call. The call would cost $268.00. He listened to the problem and said he would most likely be able to handle it within the next day's appointment. As promised, around 8am I got a call from Leon saying his tech would be here around 10 and at 10:20am "Eddy" showed. Super nice guy, very calm and experienced took care of the issue.
