I filled out a problem report on a website on New Year's Day and in 5 minutes Leon called me. He told me he would call back the next morning with a appointment for a service call. The call would cost $268.00. He listened to the problem and said he would most likely be able to handle it within the next day's appointment. As promised, around 8am I got a call from Leon saying his tech would be here around 10 and at 10:20am "Eddy" showed. Super nice guy, very calm and experienced took care of the issue.
Description of Work: My boiler would not heat the apartment. The service tech diagnosed the problem (bad circulator pump), replaced the bad pump and put it all back together. Leon (the boss) was on the phone with me more three times explaining the work and pricing..very up front. Not cheap but had it finished in one day, including leaving to go and get the pump.
