Abramov Carpet Cleaning

In my initial phone call to them, I asked for an estimate which they were reluctant to give, but gave anyway at about $1/sq ft. When an employee arrived to look at the rugs, he called the office and after speaking a foreign language to them, told me $2.50/sq ft. I told him that was unreasonable and that I was quoted about $1 /ft. Of course he is surprised and didn't mention the basis of the quote and the type of rug didn't even seem to matter to him. He calls the office back and naturally he comes down to $160, then $150. So at this point I'm annoyed that they are just playing games with me regarding the pricing, since it's clear they try to rip you off at first, but I just wanted to get it done, so I gave them the job. FYI, they appear to be sub-contractors of 1800nycarpet.com, since it said so on the van and the invoice. They brought back the rugs a week later and they appeared to be cleaner and smelled nicer. They were never really able to clearly explain the cleaning process tho.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY CLEAN. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS. MY CARPETS TURNED OUT GREAT AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY VERY MUCH DID A GOOD JOB, I WOULD REFER THEM TO ANYONE, MY CARPETS LOOKED GREAT AND SMELLED GREAT TOO. I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM, THEY ALSO HAVE GOOD PRICES.

WE KEEP OUR CARPET PRETTY CLEAN FOR THE MOST PART. BUT WHEN WE DECIDE TO GET IT CLEANED WE USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD. THEY HAVE WELL MANNERED WORKERS & ARE VERY ORGANIZED.
