A&B Phone Center and Telephone Center

They were very responsive when I emailed questions about phone repair. I slipped phone & they provided and estimate for repair in a timely way. Repairs made, received phone in 3 weeks as promised. Betty was a delight to work with!

All great! For quality of my enjoyment. What was wonderful was they did extra work without my knowing and was not charged unless I wanted to pay the extra part. I was happy and the amount extra was $38.50.

The Telephone ringer didn't work and sent the Telephone out for repair they suggested that I replace the wires and line cord while the ringer was being fixed. Received Telephone back in excellent working condition with all repairs completed.

Found A and B phone center online. Sent my phone to them and they did the impossible.

We called regarding repair. Betty was honer and said they had to see the phone to let us know if it could be fixed cost 20 Betty called again to say it was possible to repair cost 46 repair was perfect.

I called and made an appointment (for the next day!) to bring my old phone in for them to evaluate. They gave me a detailed breakdown of repairs and costs, giving me several versions of the repairs depending on my budget. They also know everything there is to know about the evolution of the telephone and arel very friendly, helpful, and experienced. I learned that my phone was made in 1922 as well as how it was engeneered. A and B called @I 10 days later and I picked up my "new" old phone.
