Would give negative stars if allowed. Sleazy company from top to bottom. A technician arrived at my home for a toilet clog in my master bath. He insisted that my drain would cost $350 instead because it was different than the $49.99 one since there was a toilet on the other side of the wall. No problem , I agreed to pay more and told him to fix my issue. As he is snaking the line, my wife heard tiles breaking and asked him to stop believing the breaking noise is not normal and he insisted the sound was just his snake.. nothing to worry about. After a few minutes he went into the bathroom on the other side and started cursing...apparently his snake blasted a hole in the toilet on the other side of the wall. He accused my plumbing of being bad and didn't apologize or offer any solution to my toilet being completely broken and in need to replacement and re-installation. After clearing the clog on the other side he asked me to call the office and make payment. I told him i have a huge expense ( over $500) on a new toilet and plumber to install so the office needed to find a solution to his breaking my toilet. The technician stormed away from me angrily. While i was speaking to the office and requesting at least someone to come install the replacement toilet I would have to buy(which they agreed to send someone the next night to do for free) the technician plowed his giant snake machine into my glass storm door and shattered it into pieces, leaving glass everywhere. We asked if he was okay first and foremost but he didn't answer, just stormed off angrily. Literally left my house broken from this visit. Customer service is non existent. They say only "SAM THE MANAGER" can talk to me about this and he is conveniently out of state until the following Monday. Several calls into the main office and no one is able to talk to me or even send the technician to fix the broken toilet which they promised me before my door was broken. The office is being very shady and refused to get anyone on the phone to discuss their technicians behavior and wont even provide an email for Sam the manager. Disgraceful customer service and wont even own up to their mistakes. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
