They were friendly and professional. Roy was responsive. Some of the work was sloppy. The crew left some non-essential wires sticking out and then tried to use spackle to cover it. But the foreman was dealing with an injury. So, in better health, they probably would have done a better job.

My result were negative. Roy even emailed the result to the HPD contestation contact person and my violation was removed in less than one week. I am extremely happen and would recommend this company to another.

I live in an older building and as soon as my husband and I had our first child I became concerned that there may be lead in the paint, but I did't act until I had my second child. I called in an inspector and they confirmed there was lead paint around several window frames and in one room of the house which had never been renovated since the house was built. I looked online and found Roy's company and 1 other. I got estimates from both, and happily chose to work with Roy. He and his crew were great. He was onsite the entire time, they worked really fast and really clean. The house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. We had the work verified by the initial inspector, and all the lead was properly abated. I feel so much better knowing that my kids are safe in our home.

I have worked with Roy two times now. I found him on the internet. He provided me with lead testing on two different properties that I own and rent. In both cases fortunately he found that the properties were lead free. Roy has been wonderful to deal with. He is polite and professional. If you are worried about lead, Roy is the man to call.
