+ -1 moreThis company had done some minor work for us in the past. They were very professional, and they did a fantastic job. We called them for this job and they were able to get it started within about 2 weeks after we called them. They started the job a few weeks later and they definitely did not disappoint us. This company has some of the friendliest, most professional and highly skilled people working for them. They are always on time. They get to work bright and early in the morning every day. They do not mess around; they just get right to work. They really keep you up to snuff with the progress of the project. I really do not want to discuss the price. I can say it was a very expensive project and they do offer the very best prices for this kind of work.
Description of Work: New Yorker Contractors Incorporated renovated our kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room on the first floor of our 4 bedroom home. They added a new toilet, sink and cabinet combo, and a new bathtub/ shower liner in our bathroom. They also repainted it and laid new tile flooring. They added new countertops and new vinyl tile flooring in the kitchen. The only part of the cupboards that were new was that they installed new cupboard doors and facing only. The dining room had the flooring refinished and the walls were stripped sanded, and completely repainted. Finally, they added a new a new 12 foot by 26 foot covered front porch to our home. It was equipped with a shingled roof.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT EVERYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY DID WAS FINE. I TRUSTED MY DECORATOR AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.
Description of Work: THEY REMODELED THE WHOLE APARTMENT. THEY TOOK DOWN WALLS, TOOK OUT DOORS, DID PLUMBING WORK, REPLACED THE ELECTRICAL WIRING, INSTALLED CROWN MOLDING AND PAINTED.
