The estimate for the job was well communicated.  The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful in making suggestions for the job.  The salesman was not high pressure but worked with us to find the best solution for our situation.  The installation was supposed to start the beginning of May, 2011.  Through no fault of F&F, weather continually set back the start time.  When the work was begun in July 2011, the pitched roof was replaced in one day, the flat roof, skylights, siding and gutters over two to three days.  The crew worked Saturday to get the job done.  Minor issues were addressed on a mutually agreed upon time after the installation was complete.  Inadvertent damage to the property was noted and the cost of repair was refunded without difficulty.
We were extremely satisfied with F&F and would recommend them without reservation.

Excellent work! They were very efficient. Everything was well done and cleaned up beautifully. I even hired them back to install windows and siding for me. Prices are fair and quality is excellent.

The salesman came to the house with samples and thoroughly explained the options. Workmen showed up on time and completed the job within the half day planned for. Cleanup was very good.

I FEEL THAT THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY IN NEW YORK. THEY REMOVE THE ENTIRE ROOF IN LESS THAN ONE DAY. THEY ALWAYS CLEAN UP THEIR CLUTTER BEHIND THEMSELVES. I HAVE NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH WATER LEAKING THROUGH THE ROOF.

I THINK THIS IS THE BEST COMPANY IN NEW YORK. I CALLED WITH A PROBLEM FRIDAY NIGHT AND SOMEONE WAS AT MY HOUSE SATURDAY MORNING. THEY INSTALLED THE DOORS NEATLY AND SECURE.

WE'VE HAD A LOT OF WIND STORMS LATELY AND THE SHINGLES HAVE STOOD UP VERY WELL AND NOTHING BLEW OFF. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE AND HAD VERY REASONABLE PRICES, SO I WAS VERY PLEASED.
