He was very professional and prompt in giving an estimate. I went back to his showroom and did everything that day. The price seemed quite steep but his ability to persuade me with his visions resulted in me deciding to choose his company. The work started on May 11. The demo was done all in one day which was impressive. Then we started to hit some bumps in the road. Some of the issues included: me having to switch the floor to a different color because they ran out, having to change the knobs otherwise, I had to wait a month, the granite counter top ("breaking") delaying the project several days. There would be several days in a row where nobody would come to do any work. Another issue was that the cabinet was chipped. This might have been the cabinet companies issues. However, someone tried to paint over the chipped cabinet. As a result, he had to order a new side panel for that too. The project took over two months and was not done until the middle of July. It was a vicious cycle. I would call him to check the status. He would act shocked that nobody came to my house the entire day. It was almost as if he had children working for m and had no idea what they were up to. He told me several times, his workers told him it was done. I had to make a list of about 15 items and then email him what still needed to be done. I started to think that since I only owed him the last payment which was very little at that point that he was not going to come back. His workers did several days later. He rarely comes to the job site which is probably why he was clueless. Overall, the quality of the work was decent.satisfactory. They kept everything clean. Communicating with him was quite annoying because he never knew what was going on or what his workers were truly up to.

What A Disaster Using This Company.
Everything that could go wrong went wrong.
They damaged a brand new refrigerator and new mirror in the bathroom while installing counter tops.
The wrong sinks, faucets, and several other items were delivered and installed and then had to be returned and replaced.
Most of the workmanship was second rate and had to be constantly monitored and corrected.
The owner never took responsibility for when things went wrong and blamed it on us and even used foul language to show his dismay.
 The final blow came when we used the dishwasher for the first time. It flooded the entire kitchen due to the fact that it was not properly connected according to the licensed plumber who we had to call to correct this error. We were never reimbursed for the the costs to correct this situation.

It turned out gorgeous. I love it!

I hired Design Kitchen and Bath to remodel my bathroom.  At the outset they violated the contract by starting a week late causing me to lose time from work T.  The job was supposed to be completed in about 2 weeks but painfully dragged on for 6.  The workmanship was sloppy and careless.  They definitely did not deliver as promised.  I would definitely not recommend  them.

OUR KITCHEN LOOKS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND BETTER. THE COUNTERS MATCH THE CABINETS AND TOGETHER THEY BRING OUT ALL THE APPLIANCES. THIS COMPANY MADE US VERY PROUD.
