poor maintenance of lawn - killed the grass multiple times. employees showed up a different day of the week each time, when asked to and agreed upon maintenance on Fridays. planted flowers that did not bloom. did not remove the flowers when asked to. replaced with flowers in a haphazard design.

They are very responsive. They come when you need them. They don't trample my flowers like other landscapers I've used.
