Donell responded to my call promptly and stopped by my house and showed me the materials he would be using and assured me that I wouldn't have to worry about anything trying to get in after the job is completed. His crew were in and out in about 2 hours. I've already recommended Bellerose Roofing and Siding to our close friend.

Donald came within an hour. He showed me a picture of a boot which would fix the problem. The next day Isaac and Yobani came and installed the boot. They also replaced two pieces of aluminum siding.

Everything went like clockwork. Donald arrived when he said he would and gave me an estimate promptly and accurately. The work was completed a few days later. The workmen were very professional and worked continuously throughout the day The arrived promptly and completed the work just as promptly. They cleaned everything up and left my outside area spotless. I am a woman living alone and I was very apprehensive about being taken advantage of. However, I was given a very fair price and received top notch service. I recommend this firm highly.

He notice some other issues with the waste pipe coming out of the roof and the flashing on the chimney and all I could see was dollar signs, but he gave me a VERY reasonable price and came in a timely manner to do the work. I'm always afraid repairman would try to take advantage of me since I am a woman, but I did not get that vibe from this company. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

It went great. We called Donald and he stopped by to check out the job that day!! The job was scheduled a couple of days later and the work completed. His workers were very professional and cleaned everything up as if they were never here!!

Donald promptly returned my call and came the next day to my home for an estimate. He went around my house and explained in detail the work that had to be done on the roof. I was impressed with Donald's detailed answered to our questions and I liked that he was a straight shooter who was very honest and not someone who was feeding me lines to get the job. The fact Donald also gave me an excellent price for the job was a definite plus but his experience and honesty were the major factors. Throughout the project, Donald gave me regular updates. The job met all my expectations and more. Job is completed on time and all of the deliverables met. Once the job was concluded, we went over the details of the job through our final walk through. I am so very pleased with the outcome of the job and have recommended this company to my friend and highly recommend to anyone else that needs a good plumber who is honest , experienced and capable.

I have no complaints. Donald, the owner, was a complete professional as were his crew. They completed the job as specified in the agreement. The mess was completely cleaned up.
