Tony came to my home to inspect its structural integrity. First, he was rude and offensive. When he found out I'm not currently employed (I am disabled), he asked me how I could afford to pay for the house. It's an offensive question and not at all related to my hiring him.

I had used AFM years ago for an assessment of my homes sloping floors. I asks for a reassembly to determine if I now needed foundation work. I appreciate the professionalism showed by the Engineer. He was prompt, courteous and answered all of my questions. I believe that his fee was reasonable for the service offered. He explained what the issues were with my home. He offered different solutions for me. His staff was very helpful as well. If I ever need an Engineer this will be the company that I will call.

We hired AFM Inspections and Engineering for the complete re-gut of our apartment on the UWS. We worked with Andrew to submit plans to DOB Manhattan. Andrew was very responsive throughout the whole process, he understood our obstacles, needs and wants, and did his best to accommodate everything. He knew we had a timeline to move into the apartment, and worked hard past regular office hours to complete our design plans. I was amazed that we got our plans approved within a few days. Due to the detailed plans, our coop board also had no problems approving the renovation immediately. Kudos to this young man for his professionalism, and diligence! Thank you very much Andrew!
