Description of Work: TNT installed and maintained the monitor heater in my cabin. I really like the guy that runs this shop. I've had a lot of problems with the heater and he's done his best to repair it and keep my house heated. He's definitely knowledgeable.

 + -1 moreTom answers the telephone himself or responds to a voicemail message within a few hours. For the two items abovementioned, he arranged to have someone else do the faucet replacement within 24 hours. For the furnace vent, he came the following day and checked the faulty vent, proposed alternative solutions and specified cost options. I chose replacement with a more expensive model, and 48 hours later he had finished the job. He is exceptionally responsive to calls for immediate help, lays out the options clearly, and gets the job done for the estimate given.
Description of Work: Supply and replace through-the-wall furnace vent. Replace lavatory faucet.

 + -1 moreAfter a few conversations when Tom said he would surely get to the project he just stopped returning calls and never showed up to do the work. I was left out in the cold and my tenants were uncomfortable for the next few months.
Description of Work: Tom visited my building and estimated for services to move a propane heater from one room to another and fix the unit. We agreed that the project could wait until he could get to it in a few weeks but that I had a deadline of 12/25.
