Sol Providers showed up on time after calling an hour in advance to let me know they were coming. The two inspectors were professionally dressed and courteous. They seemed to know the solar business and also home energy monitoring technology. Their inspection lasted about 75 minutes, which is considerably shorter than the inspection a few weeks earlier by a lone inspector from a competitor. I didn't notice any deficiencies or omissions in their inspection. It did include a cursory (no blower door tests or thermal imaging camera) NYSERDA home energy usage reduction report. So far I've had just this inspection, so I can not vouch for other services they provide. I'm giving them a B rather than an A just because I try to give A's only when service is exceptional. There really wasn't much opportunity to demonstrate exceptional service. I have no complaints though. They did a good, professional job.
Description of Work: Sol Provider inspected the house on behalf of Sungevity in advance of the possible installation of solar panels + system.
