The drive way is great! The cinder block wall is also great.  The only issue I am still hoping to resolve is that the curb cut wasn't as low and tampered as I would have liked.  May have them back to fix it in the spring.

Great! The drain functions well and our walls are totally dry now. You can't even tell there used to be a hole in one deck. He ended up having to build us a new foundation on one end of the house where there was none (?!?) and he added a channel drain along that side as well. When it rained the day after our new grass seed was put down he felt so bad he came back, respread it, and added a catch basin to the corner of the house for a little extra drainage. Russ was always available to answer questions and give advice, even before we'd hired him, and always kept us up to date with emails and photos. All of the employees we met were treated like family. Even his dad came out to help stain the decks.The landscaping is gorgeous and easy to care for and our patio and fire pit are amazing. Great work by a great team!

What impressed me about Russell, the owner, from the first moment I met him was that he listens carefully to understand what it is that you want to achieve and then immediately contributes with ideas and proposals to actually get you there. He made our problem his own problem and gave options as to how it can be fixed. While doing this he doesn't shy away from taking over jobs other excavators I interviewed either were reluctant or straight out refused to do like removal of fencing and shrubs. Also, our job required operating heavy machinery in tight spaces: We have an old/big box bush in between house and pool and needed the old concrete patio right around it gone while keeping the box bush of course without damaging neither the house nor the pool. Here again other excavators I interviewed saw problems getting this done. Not so Russell. When the day came for him to work on this it became apparent that we hired the right company. The level of confidence and precision that he operated the excavator with even in the tightest spaces right next to our windows and patio door was really impressive and relieving at the same time. Obviously not every excavating company is similarly prepared to work around existing homes and structures. Once the dig was done work quickly moved on with window well and leader pipe install and the respective grading/leveling work. The water roof-run-off is now much better controlled to be lead away from the house. This is just one example of the improvements that Russell suggested to get done once he is in there. When we started thinking about this project it was just about and quot;beautificationand quot;. Today, the crew finished the patio base preparation. He included pouring concrete footings for the metal gazebo we are planning to put there. Originally I had just asked him to dig holes for the footings but he suggested that he takes care of pouring footings themselves also. They turned out with the same precision as everything else did - the gazebo is on there now and everything is perfectly level.
As one can see from the above we are extremely happy that we hired Russell for this job. He is a true professional who makes customer satisfaction his priority. We will definitely recommend him and his company to family and friends.

Everything was great. To fix the problem, basically our entire yard had to be dug up to get to the spot the water was coming from. Also our deck had to be torn down and rebuilt. After Russ and his crew were done, there was grass seed put down and our deck was back to normal. We wouldn't have even known there was any work done to our yard. Would reccommend to everyone!

The Company President, who is normally a very skeptical person, was quite impressed with Russell's skills and professionalism. Russell was polite and courteous to our customers and did an excellent job.
