Great. This was a big job and we had to live on this floor while it was being done since it covered every entry and stairwell landing. The staff was very professional and they worked hard. We could not be more pleased with our new floor. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the results! They did clean up the mess, but they could have paid more attention to putting my stuff back where it belonged. In all fairness, if I had been home, I would have reminded them.

Nurzia Construction is our “GO-TO” construction company.  We have had both residential and commercial work completed (large and small) with Nurzia Construction over the past 5 years.  All the work was done professionally and we could not be happier.  They were not always the cheapest but after meeting the competition, it was obvious that Nurzia’s price reflected the complete job.  The other contractors seemed to be setting us up for change orders along the way.

What really set Nurzia apart is their core values as a company and their genuine concern for our family’s best interest.  It is no wonder why the Property Brothers TV show hired them to do 8 episodes.  Don’t be like the many people we know that wished they hired Nurzia after they had a bad experience with another contractor.

Professionalism at its very best. Chuck, the construction manager for Nurzia Construction, was very professional, efficient, and well organized throughout the whole process of repair & clean-up. The work was very neat & clean, with particular attention to detail in all phases of the construction. Workers were very friendly and accommodating to our schedule, and arrived at our home on time every day. Chuck also made refinishing our hardwood floors a smooth process, and made sure that a clean-up crew came in to finish the job. I would highly recommend Nurzia Construction again for future projects.
