Two different individuals at the desk helped me with the order. Both were pleasant and professional and spent a great amount of time helping me choose the items needed. When I had technical questions beyond their expertise they went and consulted the plumbers in the back. I am very pleased with their service. The order itself seemed to take a long time to come in. This may be the fault of the individual companies from which we ordered.

I bought everything myself and brought all the supplies home and they did the installation. It was one-stop shopping. The service was quick and I did not have to wait in line long. I didn't pre-order and everything I bought was stuff they had in stock. The price was right. They are always very dependable. About a year ago we redid our bathroom and I bought all the supplies there as well. I bought the hot water tank on their supply side and all the fixtures and things for the bathroom from the show room side. They are very pleasant to work with and give you options. They are straight forward and they are local which is nice for me. They do a nice job.

The selection and service at Nand S was terrific. We certainly appreciated the assistance we received as soon as we walked in the door, allowing us to select from a large assortment of display items, and configure them to fit our needs. And again, Karen provided the best helping hand through the whole process.
