DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY – THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Based upon our experience with Jason Mazzacone and HV Home Services Inc, we would absolutely NOT recommend hiring them for any project, as this company is completely UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and frankly, UNSKILLED. They may “talk the talk” but don’t “walk the walk”. In our case, they did not complete the agreed upon work, and the work that was “completed” is unacceptable and done with substandard poor workmanship (requiring it to be re-done or repaired). There is also no way to reliably get in touch with them, and especially when there is an issue - - they DO NOT RESPOND to calls (voicemail is full), or texts or emails. Additionally, the company also seems to have a revolving door of “staff” as it always seemed to be someone different working on the project. Beware: their website may look “nice”, but there’s no substance to it (no licensing, insurance or business location for starters) just like the company and its owner. Note that we have given Jason Mazzacone ample time (well over two months) to make the situation he has left us in right, but he has not made any attempt to rectify it.
