It took over three weeks to get a response from the company asking about the two year test. I sent three emails over the course of three weeks, to an email address that was valid, and was eventually responded from. A simple email saying, "I am busy and will respond when things settle down would have sufficed". I paid for a service, through closing negotiations, and I shouldn't have to pester the company to receive a response. Not to mention, the company should have automatically sent out the test kit, instead of hoping people forget about the agreement that was entered into with the company initially.
Description of Work: The seller of my current home had to pay to install a radon remediation system as part of the closing negotiations. The work was performed satisfactorily and as part of the contract with Fishkill Energy, they would provide a test kit for the air in the home two years from their installation and again four years from their installation.
