It took over three weeks to get a response from the company asking about the two year test. I sent three emails over the course of three weeks, to an email address that was valid, and was eventually responded from. A simple email saying, "I am busy and will respond when things settle down would have sufficed". I paid for a service, through closing negotiations, and I shouldn't have to pester the company to receive a response. Not to mention, the company should have automatically sent out the test kit, instead of hoping people forget about the agreement that was entered into with the company initially.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the services performed. The task was done in a timely manner and he was extremely professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
