They installed some outlets outdoors. I recently had problems with some electrical service to the house. They came and took care of that. There were some issues in the way I guess that was installed many, many years ago. They found the problem and corrected it. We weren't sure if they had corrected the problem and so they did the work and they asked me to get back to them in a few days and then they would either come back and do more work or they would send me a bill. So, I actually have to call them today and let them know that it's been corrected. They're very amicable. When they came to install the outlet outside which was earlier in the summer. It was something that I needed done right away and they actually worked in the rain to do that for me. The price was reasonable. The quality of their work and the responsiveness was excellent.

Scott was on time, although he was very busy with other jobs. In my conversation with Sylvestri's representative I learned that they have high requirements for their technicians. And I agree based on Scott's work. I am happy I selected Silvestri from Angie's List record. I trully appreciate having a working air conditioning during this hot July!

Normally I would say they are excellent, but I was a little disappointed in their billing process where they charged me for travel time to and from and then they kind of took a detour before coming to our house. So, they are literally 10 minutes away and they took them 40 minutes to get here and they charged me for the full hour of travel on the front and tail end, which was a surprise because I never you know had that before and someone told up front that they were going to hit me with a full hour service charge. They kind of "mouzed" it around as they fill out their paperwork, which took another half hour. So, I was really disappointed in their billing, not their service. The service is excellent. The response time is excellent. All their workers are very professional. My only issue with them is the billing. They should have said that upfront.

As you can see from the above, the overall experience was excellent. Friendly dispatcher, knowledgeable technician, both true professionals who want to ensure the Customer is 110% satisfied. I would recommend D.Silvestri and Sons to everyone!!

Understanding my elderly mother's situation, Silvestri's was there same day to deal with a 35 year old central A/C failure...........They cleaned out several years of debris around the condenser, serviced the unit, somehow found a new condenser motor for the old system, and had it all installed and fixed within the day.............and would not accept a tip..........
